Gangtok
Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim is an enchanting tourist destination. Ideally located in the heavenly Himalayas, Gangtok is the perfect amalgamation of tradition and modernity. The lofty hills in Gangtok are truly mesmerizing. Gangtok is beautiful, so much so that the place seems to exist only in fairy tales and story books. Pasighat
Pasighat is the oldest town of Arunachal Pradesh. It is fondly known as the 'gateway of the Arunachal Pradesh'. The place derived the name 'Pasighat' from the word 'Pasis' which is tribe of the region. Pasighat is beautiful hill-station situated at the East Siang District. Several attractions in near vicinity are equally sort after by local tourists and tourists from abroad.

Shillong
Hooked at a height of 1,496 meters, Shillong is fondly known as the 'Scotland of East'. Nature has been partial when it comes to Shillong. Pine trees, waterfalls, mountain streams, lakes and gorges come together to make Shillong a paradise for nature lovers. Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya, has grown tremendously in terms of everything – culture, size, beliefs, traditions and economy.

Ziro
Ziro is a mesmerizing town surrounded by beautiful pine-clad low hills on all sides. Elevated to an altitude of 5754 feet above the sea level, this town is located in Arunachal Pradesh. The area is fondly known as Apatani Plateau and popular for fish and paddy culture. Nature exists in its best form here. Serene rivers namely Apatani, Subansiri, Miri, Dafla, and Nishi add to the picture perfectness of the area.

Pelling
Pelling, the scenic hill station of Sikkim is located 2,085 meters above the sea level. Pelling is known for offering splendid views of the snow-clad Khangchendzonga mountains. Located much above the hills covered by forests, these rocky hills are covered by clouds and snow. The history, natural beauty and traditional culture of the place pulls holiday makers here.

Tawang
Hooked at an elevation of 10,000 feet above the sea level, Tawang is a famous town in Arunachal Pradesh. The lovely town offers panoramic views of huge mountains, beautiful valleys, waterfalls and lakes which are a part of its surrounding. While in Tawang, travellers will be fascinated to see the beautiful lakes around.
